Towards the end of 2018, Google Chrome started marking all of the websites without an SSL Certificate as Not Secure.​

How does this Affect your ranking with Google?

 

Websites with SSL certificates are given priority within Google search results.  Unsecured websites will slowly be driven down and have issues loading when visited.
